Unfortunately, due to the nature of our small business, we currently do not accept returns. All Sales are Final, No Exchanges.

Allow 24-48 hours, not including weekends and holidays, to receive a response. 

SHIPPING

Vida With Colores uses USPS for shipping. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. 

TRANSIT TIME

ECONOMY SHIPPING: 5-8 days

STANDARD SHIPPING: 3-4 days

Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to be processed, excluding weekends and holidays. If you need an item sooner please contact vidawithcolores@gmail.com prior to placing order.

Once we have shipped out the order, you will receive an email with USPS tracking info. Please allow at least 24 hours for shipping info to be updated. 

We currently only ship within the US, and look forward to expanding in the near future.

Wrong address, can you resend it?

Please Note: YOU are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout and any additional costs that arise out of incorrect address entry. As a small business, we are NOT liable for shipping information errors.

Vida With Colores is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Once package has been dropped off at USPS, liability is transferred from Vida With Colores to USPS. Please contact your local USPS with the recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
